The location in a decent area was GOOD and there were a supermarket and stores nearby. Btw, went to city center, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.
The staff was not so helpful.

The family running the place was very friendly and accommodating. They were able to provide us with information about the area and suggest itineraries. The rental service they offered was also convenient and reasonably priced. the breakfast was delicious and served at our preferred time. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and modern. Although we had a fan, the heat was still a bit of a struggle for us.
One downside was that we had some miscommunication regarding a tour we wanted to take. We had requested information the night before but only received confirmation a few minutes before the tour started the next morning.

I had an amazing stay at a lovely hotel in Nicaragua. The staff was welcoming and made me feel right at home. They provided a map of the area and gave great recommendations for things to do. I even rented a scooter from them, which was a fantastic way to explore. The location was perfect - close enough to town for convenience but quiet enough for a peaceful stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Nicaragua.

the staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, always providing us with helpful information about the island and offering great recommendations on how to make the most of our time there. They even helped us with scooter rental and came to our rescue when we had a puncture. the breakfast served was delicious with generous portions of fruit and pancakes. the room was clean and spacious enough, and the property itself was quiet, yet conveniently located just a short walk from the main area.
Cons: Nothing could have been better!

The location of this hotel was great, as it was close to the main harbor and within walking distance to many attractions. the spacious and clean rooms were definitely a plus, and the friendly and helpful staff made the stay even better. the prices were also reasonable, making it a good value for money.
One aspect that I didn't like about this hotel was the lack of AC. It made the rooms quite hot and uncomfortable, especially during the Christmas season. Another downside was the low placement of the doors, which posed a problem for taller individuals.

The hostel had a great location, with restaurants and shops within walking distance. I enjoyed being able to rent a scooter at a reasonable price, which allowed me to explore the island easily.
